髋关节滑膜炎多见于儿童，部分青少年也可发病。本病的治疗方法简单，预后良好，一般极少也不会留有后遗症，但部分年龄较大的重症者则需考虑手术治疗。那么，髋关节滑膜炎如何治疗效果好?
1、非手术治疗：多休息少负重是关键，若有屈曲畸形或骨盆倾斜可行皮牵引，一般1周内痊疗。若症状较重，关节积液较多，可做关节穿刺抽吸关节液减压。抗生素及糖皮质激素并非本病治疗用药，除非同时存在其他感染病灶才可选用，配合口服止痛药以减轻疼痛。
2、手术适应证：经上述治疗，症状未见好转，X线表现髋关节内侧间隙有加宽趋势，病程4周以上未疗者，且症状逐渐加重者，可切开关节探查或关节镜诊治。
3、关节镜技术：患者年龄较大者可使用此方法治疗。在关节镜下，能清楚直观的观察滑膜的病变范围，在治疗的时候能将病变的滑膜清除，而不损害周围的神经。治疗后患者多感觉良好，一般不会产生并发症。术后3-5天可下床练习行走，但是要注意避免下蹲。
